We recently had the pleasure of working with Mick from Campbell Builders on a project to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results and would give this builder a 5-star review without hesitation. First and foremost, Mick was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to listen to our ideas and needs, and offered thoughtful suggestions that helped bring our vision to life. His attention to detail and expertise ensured that every aspect of the project was handled with care and precision. Throughout the process, Mick maintained excellent communication, keeping us informed and up-to-date on progress and any changes or adjustments that needed to be made.

We cannot speak more highly of Campbell Builders. This is our third project with Michael and once again he has delivered work of an outstanding quality! From the beginning the process is clearly set out and followed through meticulously to completion by Michael. We have been amazed each time as to how methodically and accurately Michael works. He gives you a time frame within which it will be done and you can rest assured that he will keep to his word. It seems as if a team of people has been involved, but its just Michael alone, it’s unbelievable what he accomplishes single handedly. Michael explains everything he needs to do clearly leaving you in no doubt as to what to expect. Krystal is always polite and efficient in her communication from the office. We have always had reservations when engaging trades because of many bad past experiences but with Campbell Builders it is the complete opposite, we can place our full trust in this young man. We had been struggling for nearly two years to find a contractor to undertake a tricky job for us when we were lucky enough to have Mick from Campbell Builders recommended to us.We had had a lot of advice from various parties, and we knew we needed someone who would work through a range of challenges with us to find a solution that was going to satisfy local government requirements, minimise construction time because of the site adjoining a busy main road, and understand we didn't have an unlimited budget. Mick delivered on all our criteria, indeed exceeded our expectations. Mick was completely professional in his approach and his work. He contacted us when he said he would, he was always punctual, polite and personable, and kept us informed of each step along the way. He explained the solutions he wanted to try, and what the alternatives might be if something didn't work. He kept the worksite exceptionally clean, despite there being a large excavation in a small space, and we were never inconvenienced, even though there were utilities to be disconnected, relocated and reconnected. His paperwork was spot on. Mick didn't ask us to provide a testimonial for him. We had such a good experience, and we are so pleased with his work and that he agreed to find solutions to our problems, that we asked if we could write one for him.

When we were looking into getting a large carport constructed at our home, based on a strong recommendation from friends of ours that had work done, we decided to call Campbell Builders to request a quote. From the outset, we were impressed with Michael's professionalism. He was on time for the quote, willing to listen to our requirements and offered constructive advice. His quote was reasonable so we asked him to go ahead. The carport was completed ahead of schedule and the workmanship is excellent. Michael went to great lengths to ensure that the finished product (colour & material choice) tied-in with the rest of our house. "We wanted to build a pergola in our garden and sought quotes from a number of contractors. We wanted someone who could do the job professionally, provide a quality finish and who was reliable. We didn't want to just "choose the cheapest". We engaged Michael Campbell of Campbell Builders to build a pergola and I'm glad we did. Upon first meeting Michael we were impressed with his personal presentation and professionalism. He listened to what we had to say and made constructive comments. After having dealt with a number of tradesmen on various house related matters, it was both refreshing and relieving to find someone who rang when he said he would ring and who proved to be thoroughly reliable. "Campbell Builders built a large 36 sq m outdoor entertainment area onto our colonial low-set house in Sunnybank. We are delighted with the final product which exceeded our expectations. Michael’s work is of a high quality and we feel totally confident in his recommendations and the work he does. His time management is excellent keeping us updated with every step in the process. He came around , looked at the job , emailed a quote and the rest is history, job completed. Mick built a deck next to our swimming pool because the existing deck had rotted and needed replacement. Mick was very quick in coming to our house to measure up for a quote. I got the written quote by email the same night. It was very professionally presented. The price was realistic and I had a good feeling about the quality of Mick's work after I looked at his website. I went ahead and gave Mick the job. He said he would arrive at 7am on the first day and he was here on the dot. He was very punctual and reliable every day. He is very professional and causes no fuss. Nothing is too much trouble. The site was left spotless at the end of every day. He would be one of the tidiest tradies I have seen. My wife and I are extremely happy with the finished product. The deck is a masterpiece. Mick was extremely fussy with all the lines and levels. In some respects our requirements were a bit tricky but this didn't faze Mick and he has done a first class job. He finished the job with two coats of oil on the timber and it looks magic. It has really added value to our pool area. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mick as a skilled carpenter/builder. I wouldn't hesitate to get him back here to do more work for us.
